Make it your own

A routine that moves with you.

From a quiet morning to a focused practice session, bring a little structure to the things you want to do.

01

Arrange your steps

Create routines with ordered tasks. Add descriptions and images, then reorder the steps as your routine takes shape.

02

Find your rhythm

Set preparation time, task durations, sets and rest periods. Follow the countdown, pause when you need to, and hear task names aloud.

03

Explore and adapt

Browse published routines and import one into your local library. Make your own adjustments and follow it your way.

Start with your own space

Your routines.
Your pace.

Create and follow local routines without an account. Sign in with Google when you want to apply to publish for others.

Publishing is a separate action for approved publishers. Signing in does not automatically back up or sync your local routines.

A few things to know

Questions?
Start here.

For support or a question about Niyam, email [email protected].

When can I download Niyam?

Android and iPhone are both coming soon. We’ll add download links here as each version becomes available.

Do I need an account?

You can create and follow local routines as a guest. Google sign-in and publisher approval are needed to publish routines for other people.

Can I use it offline?

Local routine creation and timers work without a connection. Public routine discovery, sign-in, publishing and YouTube videos need internet access.

Are my routines backed up?

The current Android app does not automatically sync or back up your local routines. Uninstalling it removes local data. A signed-in publisher can restore their published routines, but unpublished routines and local completion history are not recovered this way.

Where can I read the policies or request deletion?

Visit Privacy & terms for data practices and publishing rules, or go directly to account and data requests.
